ISO Makes the Difference
Jensen Metal Products Inc. has been a continuously ISO* registered company since 2000. In December of 2009, Jensen’s ISO registration was upgraded and recertified to ISO9001:2008. Operating under the auspices of ISO standards our
comprehensive quality system identifies the needs and expectations of
our customers and organizes our operations to meet those needs and fulfill
those expectations. The driving concept in our system is that quality
doesn't "just happen", it needs to be planned.
ISO9001-2008 insists on a customer
focus in all aspects of an operation and demonstrated continuous improvement
from the customer's perspective. Since the registration of our quality
system more than 3 years ago our customers have seen a steady improvement
in both the quality and on-time delivery of our products.
Within our quality system, Jensen is capable of performing ISIR’s, PPAP’s and PFMEA’s for both our customers’ and our own benefit.
We are aware that continued vigilance and continuous improvement are what
our customers expect, and that's just what we deliver!
